I would like to personally give away the Flaschengarten. How long can I keep the plants?

Instructions for storing the plants

We send the mini plants and the moss in small transparent bags. When receiving, the plants should be taken out of the package box and placed in a bright place. The plants can be stored directly in the bags for 14 days without further ado. Then the moisture is also well preserved. You just have to be bright for photosynthesis to work.

The mini plants can be stored indefinitely without being planted in the bottle garden. All the plants need is low-lime water. The soil in the pots should always be kept moist. Only when they are planted in the glass vessel does the watering effort decrease.

Moos

The moss should be kept moist in the sealed bag until planted. So no moisture escapes. 

Then just put everything back in the box and it's ready to give away!

 

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?

We send the ordered products with Hermes. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive the tracking number and can check when the package will arrive. As a rule, we hand over all orders received by 9 p.m. to the shipping service provider Hermes on the following working day. In most cases, delivery will take place on the following working day.

 

How many items can I order?

Our packaging is designed in such a way that the plants and the glass are completely protected by air cushions. A maximum of 2 bottle gardens can be sent in one package. For larger orders, contact us at info(at)greeneryliving.com and we will offer you an appropriate solution.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

In Germany, orders over 45 euros are shipped free of charge. Delivery to other European countries costs up to an additional 16 euros, depending on the destination. Please refer to the shop system for further details.

 

My delivery has not arrived. What now?

First contact the Hermes parcel service and check whether the address has been entered correctly. If there is no tracking, contact us via the contact form or by email.

 

I would like to send the delivery back? How is the return made?

If you are not satisfied, you have the option to return the product to us within 14 days. In this case, contact us e-mail or that contact form. We try to find a suitable solution for you.

 

The glass or plants arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the plants or the glass arrived damaged, please send us the photos e-mail.

Please attach the following evidence to the e-mail:

  1. Photo of the outside of the package with the postage stamp

  2. Close up of the damage

  3. Damage in opened package

We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

 

Is there a guarantee for plants?

As soon as you receive your package, take the plants out of the closed package and place them in the light as soon as possible.​

We ensure that our products are delivered in very good quality.

Unfortunately, not all shipping is the same and it can happen that the delivery takes longer or is damaged. If the plants are delivered in bad condition, send please email us info(at)greeneryliving.com.
