How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?

We send the ordered products CO2-neutrally with DHL. As soon as the product is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number and can check when the package will arrive. As a rule, we transfer all orders received by 9 p.m. to the shipping service provider DHL on the following working day. In most cases, delivery takes place on the following working day.

 

How many items can I order?

Our packaging is designed in such a way that the plants and the glass are completely protected by air cushions. A maximum of 2 bottle gardens can be sent in one package. For larger orders, contact us at info (at) greeneryliving.com and we will offer you an appropriate solution.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

In Germany, orders from 45 euros are sent free of charge. Delivery to other European countries costs up to 16 euros, depending on the destination. Please refer to the shop system for further details.

 

My delivery did not arrive. What now?

First get in touch with the parcel service DHL and check that the address has been entered correctly. If there is no follow-up, contact us using the contact form or by email.

 

I would like to return the delivery? How is the return done?

If you are not satisfied, you have the option of sending the product back to us within 14 days. In this case, contact us via e-mail or that contact form. We try to find a suitable solution for you.

 

The glass or plants arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the plants or the glass are damaged, please send us the photos e-mail.

Please attach the following evidence to the email:

  1. Photo of the outside of the package with shipping label

  2. Close up of the damage

  3. Damage in the open package

We will assess the damage and get back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate solution.

 

Is there a guarantee for plants?

As soon as you receive your package, take the plants out of the closed package as soon as possible and place them in the light.

We ensure that our products are delivered in very good quality.

Unfortunately, not every shipment is equally good and the delivery may take longer or be damaged. If the plants are delivered in poor condition, send please email us at info (at) greeneryliving.com.
